Ash Wednesday

Every Catholic in the world "knows" what Ash Wednesday is; it is the first day of Lent. Roman Catholic churches of the Latin Rite use this service to prepare themselves for the passion and resurrection of Christ through self-examination, repentance, prayer, fasting, and self-denial. Ashes from the burned palms of the preceding year's Palm Sunday are blessed. With these ashes, the priest marks a cross on the foreheads of those who come forward and kneel, saying, "Remember, man, that dust thou art, and unto dust thou shalt return." (Genesis 3:19 KJV) The question is; how many devoted Catholics know the REAL story behind Ash Wednesday? How many know that this tradition has clear pagan roots? Do they know that it is not in the Bible?

Ash Wednesday is actually of Roman paganism, which took it from Vedic India and was admitted into the church beliefs of the Catholic Church (Vatican) a few hundred years after Christ. This was the era when Constantine was attempting to weld pagans and Christians into a unit within the Roman kingdom.

Ashes were called the seed of the fire god Agni, with power to forgive sins. Ashes were said to were a symbol for the purifying blood of Shiva, in which, one could bathe away sins. During Rome's New Year Feast of Atonement in March, people wore sackcloth and bathed in ashes to atone for their sins. As the dying god of March, Mars took his worshippers sins with him into death. The carnival fell on dies martis, the Day of Mars. In English, this was Tuesday, because Mars was identified with the Saxon god Tiw. In French the carnival day was Mardi Gras, "Fat Tuesday," the day of merrymaking before Ash Wednesday.

Ashes are the residue of fire, and just as fire is regarded in mythology and folklore as something which purifies and also regenerates, or brings new life, so the same properties are associated within ashes.

Valentine's day

Valentine's Day - is a pagan festival that encourages love and physical lust. It is celebrated precisely 13 days after Imbolg, thus imprinting upon it the number '13', Satan's number of extreme rebellion. While most people view this day as the day to honor your wife or your lover, this celebration is steeped in paganism.

Consider the camouflaged occult gods in Valentine's Day:

Cupid, the son of Venus, is really Tammuz, son of Semiramis. Venus, daughter of Jupiter, is really Semiramis herself. Jupiter is the head deity, a sun god - Nimrod, Semiramis' husband, is considered a sun god in the Babylonian Mysteries.

Death is riding his Pale Horse over the Horizon of History and speeding towards his appointment with fate. Yet, very few neither hear his hoof-beat nor see his figure rapidly approach: And even fewer understand that we truly live in prophetic times and that End Time Bible prophecy is happening in real time today. The Ancient Agenda to establish a Global Gulag, a Prison Planet, a World Panopticon, a New World Order, has at its dark heart the aim to separate man from his true spiritual inheritance, make him permanently blind to the spiritual hierarchies and oblivious to God. Halloween

Originally Halloween was a pagan festival, around the idea of linking the living with the dead, when contact became possible between the spirits and the physical world, and magical things were more likely to happen.

In early American history, Halloween was not widely practiced until the 20th century, when it was introduced by the Irish Catholic settlements. Gradually, Halloween became a secular observance, and many customs and practices developed. The carved pumpkin may have originated with the witches' use of a skull with a candle inside to light the way to coven meetings.

Since 1965 UNICEF, an agency of the United Nations, has attempted to incorporate into the Halloween observance the collection of money for the United Nations Children's Fund. This exploitation by the ungodly United Nations of this pagan holiday seems strangely appropriate.

Halloween is, for many, a "crossover" involvement in which innocent games can lead to serious entanglement with real witches, neo-pagans, New Agers, and other occultists. A common pastime is the use of a Ouija board to attempt to contact ghosts or spirits that are believed to be roaming about. This can lead to serious consequences including demon possession. Demons have a vested interest in Halloween because it supports the occult, and it also offers novel and unexpected opportunities to control and influence people.

Forms of the occult can include mediums, channelers, clairvoyants, psychics, spiritists, diviners, mystics, gurus, shamans, psychical researchers, Yogis, psychic and holistic healers, astral travel, astrology, mysticism, Ouija boards, Tarot cards, contact with the dead, UFOs, necromancy and thousands of other practices which almost defy cataloging.

Occultism includes Satanism, astrology, Kabbalah, Gnosticism, theosophy, witchcraft and many forms of serious magic. It includes activities seeking the acquisition of "hidden" things-which are expressly forbidden by God in the Bible.

Halloween practices can open the door to the occult and can introduce forces into people's lives that they are not equipped to combat. There is genuine power in the occult, but it is demonic power.

One Christian minister personally has told to Shattered Paradigm of one women who was delivered out of the occult who was involved in the most evil things imaginable each year on Halloween. For as long as she was involved in the occult, she would purposely get pregnant just so that she could have a new baby before Halloween each year so that she and her coven would have a human baby to sacrifice on Halloween each year.

All parents ought to be concerned. Halloween is desensitizing our children by its glorification of violence, death, mutilation and gore.

Consider for a moment the "Nightmare on Elm Street", "Halloween", and "Friday the 13th" film series. They are popular viewing fare at Halloween parties. Who or what inspires these "actors" (I use the term loosely)? Robert Englund who plays mass murderer Freddy Krueger in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series says he draws his inspiration from the late Ted Bundy, who raped and murdered more than 28 women. Englund told Slaughterhouse magazine, "I just read an article on Ted Bundy, so a lot of my imagery is based on him."

At the least, exposure to sadism, sexual violence, satanism, torture, mutilation and bizarre murders causes our kids to become calloused to these behaviors. But, Harriet Kozkoff, a public TV producer told the press, "Entertainment is a powerful socializing agent in contemporary society. Slasher and horror movies use violence and sexual arousal to maximize profits and are an inevitable prescription for conditioning sexual sadism into our pre-teen, teenage and young adult film fans."

Dr. Thomas Radecki said, "Every year film violence and real-life violence continues to get worse. We must protest and stop this growing sadism in our homes, schools, and on our streets."

Obviously, the problem is wider than just on Halloween. But TV programming and video rentals of violent horror films is at its peak at Halloween.

Winter Solstice

December 21st each year, Satanist, perform human sacrifices as part of their Satanic rituals. This is known as Winter Solstice. Winter solstice actually last for 13 weeks.

The Illuminati worship both Lucifer, who they proclaim as the "Angel of Light" and the "Light-Bearer" and Satan. Satan is known as the "Great Destroyer" and Lord of Darkness. Each of these entities has their own Illuminati holiday. For Lucifer, it is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, the day with the greatest light. For Satan it is December 21st, the shortest day with the longest night.

Satan, or Saturn, Set, Molech, Chronos etc., is worshipped through blood sacrifice. The Illuminati believe that through human sacrifice they gain eternal power over their slain victims, as well as the ability to command demons from Satan's army. The actual Satanic holy day goes from the 21st through the 23rd. Here is a list of some of the events that have occurred during the time frame. The ones in bold are those that I found the most interesting.

Christmas

On December 25th, the Sun rises 1 degree higher and is said to be reborn, or resurrected, hence the Christian superimposition of Jesus’ birthday. It gets confusing in that they placed Jesus’ death at Easter which is the crossing of the Sun from the Ram (Aries) to the Bull (Taurus), which again is Babylonian in its knowledge. It was the spring equinox in the old times as the sun enters Aries the ram because from this point there is more daylight hours than darkness in each day and thus darkness is conquered and the resurrection fulfilled. It is complex because of the fable we know as Christianity; the essence of the true tail is very understandable.

Consider the pagan roots of our popular symbols of Christmas:

Christmas tree - The sacred tree of the winter-god; Druids believed the spirit of the Earth gods resided in the tree. This has been superseded by the Babylonians to represent the male energy, a phallic symbol. So it means whatever you feel it means, just understand what it means to the sick creatures then you know.

Star - Pentalpha, the five-pointed star. The Pentalpha is a powerful symbol of Satan, second only to the hexagram. The star is the sacred symbol of Nimrod, and has nothing whatsoever to do with Christianity.

Candles represent the sun-gods' newly-born fire. Pagans the world over love and use candles in their rituals and ceremonies. Colors also represent specific powers relative to the colors of the Mandala, which represents the dimensions in color.

Mistletoe is the sacred plant of the Druids, symbolizing pagan blessings of fertility; thus, kissing under the mistletoe is the first step in the reproductive cycle! Witches also use the white berries in potions.

Wreaths are circular, and so they represent the female sexual organs. Wreaths are associated with fertility and the "circle of the serpent as it surrounds the earth in a pincer movement.

Santa Claus - Former Satanists have told me that "Santa" is an anagram for "Satan". In the New Age, the god, "Sanat Kamura", is most definitely an anagram for "Satan". The mythical attributes and powers ascribed to Santa are eerily close to those possessed by Jesus Christ.

Reindeer are horned animals representing the "horned-god" or the "stag-god" of pagan religion! Santa's traditional number of reindeer in his team is eight (8); in Satanic gematria, eight is the number of "new beginnings", or the cycle of reincarnation. The Illuminati views the number "eight" as a symbol of their New World Order. Its true meaning of course is the constant never ending flow of all things on a circular motion, there are no straight lines or sharp angles in the natural order of thing the Satanist’s move in strange angles, never confronting you face on, always from a strange angle.

Elves are imp-like creatures who are Santa's (Satan's) little helpers. They are also demons, the greys in physical form, and are certainly not alien, they live in the earth and are a genetic creation used as a slave race and are totally telepathic in nature hence the suit they ware.

Red is the traditional color of the season, Red is Satan's favorite color, so it is appropriate it should be one of the traditional colors for Christmas; it is also the color of human blood, of course the Illuminati bloodlines have more copper in their blood and are thus named ‘BLUE BLOODS’ which is why Satan's highest form of sacrifice is human mammalian blood - for this reason, Communism adopted red as it main color, and was created on May 1st!

December 25 is known as the "nativity" of the sun. This date is the birthday of Tammuz, the son, the reincarnation of the sun god. Traditionally, December 21 is known as Yule. The Roman Catholic Church moved the celebration of Yule to December 25.

December 25 is also known to the Romans as "Saturnalia", a time of deliberate debauchery. Drinking through repeated toasting - known as 'wassail' - was a key to the debauchery of this celebration. Fornication was symbolized by the mistletoe, and the entire event was finished with a Great Feast, the Christmas Dinner.

Even the name, "Christmas" is pagan! "Christi" meant "Christ", while "Mas" meant Mass. Since all pagan Masses are commemorating "death", the name, "Christmas" literally means the "death of Christ". A deeper meaning lies in the mention of "Christ" without specifying Jesus. Thus, Antichrist is in view here; the pagans celebrate "Christmas" as a celebration of their coming Antichrist, who will deal a death blow to the idea in Jesus Christ of Christianity and the message of love.

Easter

Easter is an annual celebration observed throughout the Christian world.  However, there are absolutely no verses in the Bible that authorize or endorse the keeping of this tradition. Further – the Bible does not mention anything about Easter eggs, Easter baskets, Easter bunnies, or even Lent!  The author includes convincing evidence to show that these very items were parts of the pagan rituals of the Mystery Religion of ancient Babylon.

Easter is a shifting date using the common practice of Astrology; it is celebrated on the first Sunday after the first new moon after Ostara.

This date also has nothing to do with the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! Rather, this day in the pagan tradition celebrates the return of Semiramis into her reincarnated form of the Spring Goddess. The pagans even have an equivalent to our Good Friday! It is "Easter Friday", and has historically been timed to be the third full moon from the start of the year. Since the marrying of pagan Easter to Jesus' resurrection, Good Friday is permanently fixed on the Friday prior to Easter.

The Occult / Satanic calender is comprised of four periods of 13 weeks each. Occultists believe that numbers contain inherent power, and many base their lives on numerology. Numerology is also a key component of astrology – another system occultists follow closely. Thus the occult calendar is divided into 4 parts of 13 weeks each.  Note that 13 x 4 = 52 weeks – our year!

In the occult system, the number 6 = man, the number 7 = divine perfection or god, and the number 13 = rebellion against authority and depravity.  So, in the occult or satanic world, the number 13 represents the state of man’s having reached divine perfection, self-achieved perfection, and illumination.

Most people accept traditions as fact because they have been part of our culture for so long.  This, however, does not mean these traditions are based on Biblical truth.  The Easter tradition has been incorporated into Christian churches, but this does not make it Christian!

Such believers are NOT celebrating Easter, they are simply celebrating the Lord's resurrection. Certainly, it would be a sin to celebrate Easter in it's originally intended sense; however, this is not how believers today recognize Easter.

If some pompous, self-righteous believer wants to condemn those who do celebrate Christ's resurrection on Easter, then please consider that all of our months and days are also named after pagan gods as well. Should we stop using the names of days and months because they all have heathen origins? The same is true of Christmas. I think "commonsense" is the key in our evaluation of celebrating the holidays.

I do think it is very foolish to mislead children with fables of an Easter Bunny or Santa Claus. These characters are clearly intended to hinder children from seeking the Lord Jesus Christ. I am not saying that believers should celebrate Easter or Christmas, I am simply saying that we shouldn't condemn those who do if it's done in a Christian manner. Christmas is a precious time for many people, a time of celebrating Jesus' birth. Although the Bible never leads us to celebrate Christ's birth or resurrection, I do not think it is wrong to do so. However, the Bible DOES command believers to regularly recognize Christ's crucified body and shed blood at the Lord's Supper.  Our main focus as Christians should be winning lost souls to Jesus Christ and not celebrating holidays.
