No, Jesus does Not Put Christians Into a “Victim Consciousness”, Christof Melchizedek Debunked


In this video, we tackle three common misconceptions about Christianity: 

First, recognising our need for a Savior in Jesus doesn't trap believers in a "victim consciousness." Quite the opposite, it's an empowering admission of human brokenness that leads to freedom, victory, and strength through Christ (Romans 8:37). Jesus, the ultimate innocent victim, never adopted a victim mentality but responded with humility, trust in God, and purpose. 

Second, contrary to popular myths, the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD did NOT decide or assemble the books of the New Testament. Its focus was the divinity of Christ and the Nicene Creed, no historical records from the council discuss the biblical canon.

Finally, if Jesus isn't God, He's not just a "good teacher." As C.S. Lewis famously argued in his Lord-Liar-Lunatic trilemma: A mere man claiming divinity would either be delusional, deceptive, or truly divine. His profound moral teachings only hold if His claims are true.

Britain, a country which practically invented the tenets of free speech, is now the most repressive, backward country of the West which is ridiculed on a daily basis by the very same countries that it regaled for its human rights record. Kinney was just one of around 12,000 people each year in the UK who are arrested and charged for giving their views about a given subject which the state deems could hurt someone, or in the case of politics, if it simply challenges a narrative. COVID-19 Vaccination was Linked to Almost 70,000 Fewer US Live Births in 2023

CDC data from 566 US counties, with a combined population of nearly 260 million, show that COVID-19 vaccination in 2023 was significantly linked to fewer live births. Extrapolating these findings to the entire US population estimates 69,598 fewer births (95% CI: -111,215; -27,981), representing a 1.90 percent reduction (95% CI: -3.01; -.785). Additionally, the vaccine was linked to fewer births in 2022, but the association was not statistically significant that year.
