The attempt came in the form of a drafted statement, never issued, but revealed by the Sunday Times newspaper.

📰 DETAIL: Henry Nowak died on December 4 after being stabbed multiple times by Digwa, who falsely claimed racial abuse. The police’s initial statement suggested an unknown man had assaulted two men, but the Nowak family objected to the narrative that implied their son was said aggressor.
