Doug Casey on the coming comfortable dystopia (2018)

Imagine not being able to board a plane because you forgot to pay your water bill… or being denied access to a train because you jaywalked.

It sounds like something ripped from the pages of George Orwell’s 1984. But this will soon become reality for people living in China. That’s because the Chinese government is getting ready to roll out a social credit system.

Basically, the Chinese government will soon prevent people from accessing everyday services if they aren’t deemed “good citizens.”

It’s one of the most disturbing things I’ve ever read. Still, most readers won’t care about this. That’s because “this sort of thing could never happen in America!” [Full article]

Leonardo DiCaprio’s 2014 UN climate summit speech

The undeniable climate events are very questionable at best. Hurricanes have not increased, floods have not increased, and droughts have been far worse in history than they have been in recent years. The global temperature has “paused” and has not increased for almost 20 years, and sea level predictions have been consistently wrong (among many other climate change predictions).

DiCaprio then echoes the socialist sentiment of a carbon tax. Coupled with limiting the “free ride” that industry has enjoyed in a free market economy. Completely ignoring the fact that it has been government intervention and regulations that have slowed the free market’s progress in fixing any environmental issues.

Do not think this true? Why is a plant (hemp) that we can create clean fuel, paper, clothing, plastic, medicine, and much more with, still illegal or over regulated to the point of insanity? (just to give one of many examples). DiCaprio is using the age old socialist tactic of blaming the free market and privately owned industry for problems created by the state. Individuals cannot fix the problem in a free market even though they are the driving force.

The deciding factor in any corporate or industrial decision. Have you ever heard the term “vote with your dollars? No, no don’t pay any attention to that. Only the state can fix it all now. Then to add insult to injury. The very same industries getting a “free ride” in the free market are what created DiCaprio’s $220 million dollar net worth. Or does he think that all those DVD’s, VHS tapes, posters, shirts, and any other products that he sells are not included as industrial production?

Hypocrisy, ignorance, protests, socialism, and movie stars. Welcome to the current environmental movement.

They admit this is coming… Famine

In the past week, president Joe Biden and Canadian PM Justin Trudeau have admitted that food shortages are around the corner. In this video, I lay the groundwork for how these shortages came about, the strange coincidences surrounding supply chain issues, and how famine lends itself to the Great Reset.

ABC Catalyst Wi-Fried

Could Wi-Fi-enabled devices be harmful to our health? You cannot see it or hear it but Wi-Fi blankets our homes, our schools and our cities. Australia’s safety agency says there’s no evidence of harm, but that’s not the same as saying its safe. A growing number of scientists are concerned that the widespread use of Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi-enabled devices could be slowly making us sick. In this Catalyst investigation, Dr Maryanne Demasi explores whether our wireless devices could be putting our health at risk.

This infographic shows how only 10 companies own all the world’s food brands. General Mills, Kellogg's, and Unilever own just about everything

Just when you think there's no end to the diversity of junk food lining supermarket aisles, an insanely detailed infographic comes along to set us all straight. Out of the hundreds of products at our disposal, only ten major corporations manufacture the bulk of what we toss in our shopping carts.

So whether you're looking to stock up on anything from orange soda to latte-flavored potato chips, Mondelez, Kraft, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, PepsiCo, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Mars, Danone, General Mills, Kellogg's, and Unilever own just about everything you could hope to buy. It seems that six degrees of separation theory has been proven after all, if only because we all drink Diet Coke every now and then. [Full article]

Public Schools Produce Dumb Kids No Wonder So Many Are Socialists, Says Walter Williams

Do you wonder why Sen. Bernie Sanders and his ideas are so popular among American college students? The answer is that they, like so many other young people who think they know it all, are really uninformed and ignorant. You say, “Williams, how dare you say that?! We’ve mortgaged our home to send our children to college.” Let’s start with the 2006 geographic literacy survey of youngsters between 18 and 24 years of age by National Geographic and Roper Public Affairs.

Less than half could identify New York and Ohio on a U.S. map. Sixty percent could not find Iraq or Saudi Arabia on a map of the Middle East, and three-quarters could not find Iran or Israel. In fact, 44 percent could not locate even one of those four countries. Youngsters who had taken a geography class didn’t fare much better. By the way, when I attended elementary school, during the 1940s, we were given blank U.S. maps, and our assignment was to write in the states. Today such an assignment might be deemed oppressive, if not racist. [Full article]
