In 2024, the UN created a new task force on disinformation. This task force is not about addressing misinformation or disinformation that would lead to any type of real-world truth. Its sole purpose is to focus on how certain information would affect achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030).

Study Links Ultraprocessed Foods to Cognitive Decline; Processed Meat Shows Strongest Association

A study published in the American Journal of Public Health found that older adults who consume higher amounts of ultraprocessed foods (UPFs) face an increased risk of cognitive impairment and dementia, with processed meat showing the strongest association among food categories, according to the report.

The findings add to a growing body of evidence linking highly processed foods to brain health deterioration, researchers said. According to the study, which analyzed data from the Health and Retirement Study, participants with higher UPF intake had significantly greater risk of both cognitive impairment with no dementia (CIND) and dementia. Let’s Talk About That Extremely Rare “Earthquake Doublet” in Venezuela

Meanwhile, the latest mainstream media are reporting only 1430 people dead (see preceding headline screenshot).  It’s noteworthy that both earthquakes transpired at 6:05 PM in rapid succession when most folks were at home in their apartment building and homes, which were not built to withstand a 7.2 megaquake immediately followed by an even more powerful 7.5.   Moreover, the stretch of coastline from the epicenter to Caracas is both highly built-up and therefore heavily populated (see graphic below).

It’s also noteworthy that two massive earthquake virtually never occur 39 seconds apart where the second one registers much greater on the Richter Scale than the first one.  And to add even more power to the double punch, both tremors were unusually shallow at only 6 to 14 miles deep, which are always much more destructive than the much more common deeper earthquakes.
