For some time, as a regular feature of comments and conversation in this website's vidchats, we've been talking about the epistemological warfare being waged in our time, and against virtually every institution. For example, for many I've entertained a very high octane speculative hypothesis about the so-called "Mandela effect" as being an experiment both in social engineering, and as an experiment in the possibilities of the "observer effect" on the macro, and not quantum, scales.
